陸軍樂隊奏出台灣情 緬懷823戰役（影）
: 【台灣醒報記者宋秉謙台北報導】「小城故事多，充滿喜和樂...」深帶感情的男聲搭配歌劇唱腔的女高聲，重新詮釋大家耳熟能詳的《小城故事》這首金曲，歌者將勤奮又歡快的情感訴諸於淺白的歌詞中，深深引起聽者共鳴。適逢八二三戰役60週年，中華民國陸軍樂隊18日在國家音樂廳演奏悠揚樂章，希望透過懷舊曲風，讓民眾緬懷台灣情，更透過特別製作的《榮耀永恆》一曲，紀念八二三炮戰與當年先烈們。
陸軍樂隊睽違11年再度回到國家音樂廳，演奏帶有重要意義的表演，整場音樂會的演奏曲目多元，包含思鄉情與友誼的《七夕》、節奏感強並帶有原住民曲調之美的《族群之音》、懷念金曲歲月的《小城故事》及旋律慷慨激昂的「誰都不能欺侮他」，讓整場表演充滿各項元素，也隱含著台灣從過去到現在的每個歷史片段。
而陸軍司令部表示，這次特別邀請國立台南大學音樂系教授侯志正，以紀念八二三砲戰為主軸，編寫《榮耀永恆》大型管樂曲，欲體現當代的情操與時代背景。
針對製作此曲的過程，侯志正表示，由於身為五年級生，對八二三炮戰本身就有很多想法，藉此次機會能透過音樂表達出腦海中的畫面感給聽眾，他說，編曲前前後後共花了一年時間，途中透過短節拍、帶有變化性的節奏表現出砲戰的慌亂心境；後段利用管樂優美柔和的節奏，體現金門美好的人物景致，讓聽眾能細細品味出一曲內的差異。
陸軍司令部補充說，本次音樂會更邀請各級軍官人員、駐華使節及來台受訓的外籍學生一同欣賞，希望透過深具台灣多元化風格的樂曲，讓來賓能更認識國軍的「軟實力」，也能更了解台灣歷史與文化。
